Meet the Student Team

Sarah Koch is a senior majoring in Anthropology/Sociology and Spanish, with a minor in social justice.  She is also a Spanish tutor, a student researcher in the anthropology department, and a member of CPA, SPEAC, and Centre Feminists.  Sarah is passionate about helping students achieve their goals, and she is so excited to be Lead Career Peer Mentor this year! She loves working with students and helping them plan for the future.

Caroline Koenig (she/her) is a junior Politics and Philosophy major on the Pre-Law track. Around campus, she serves as the Student Government Association Chair of Campus Improvements, a First-Year Mentor, and a member of the College Council Career Readiness Committee. As a Career Peer Mentor, she is excited to connect with students, learn about their passions/interests, and assist with their journey to pursue these goals. Caroline looks forward to meeting and working with you this year!

Kennedy Ushiroda is a sophomore majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Politics. She is also a Grissom Scholar, Co-President for the Asian American Pacific Islander Coalition, and Resident Assistant. She is passionate about career planning with students.

Chloe Duong is currently a rising junior majoring in Data Science and Business coming from Vietnam. At Centre, she’s involved in the Vietnamese Students Association and Girl Who Codes. In the past, she had experience working as an Administrative Intern for Passio Law Firm and a Tax Advisory Intern at EY. Chloe is thrilled to take on the role of Marketing Coordinator in the upcoming year at the Center for Career & Professional Development at Centre College.

Lydia Handy is a Junior majoring in Psychology and Politics, on a Pre-Law track. She is a First Year Mentor on campus, social media director and tutor for the After School Program, and a Panhellenic delegate. Lydia is passionate about helping other students connect to resources and learn about events happening throughout campus.
