ARI is a luxury menswear brand established in 2001, specializing in high-end leather goods, suede, and fashion rooted in Italian craftsmanship. We are a small e-commerce team seeking a versatile creative to expand our content and design capabilities.
Position Summary
We are hiring a full-time Content Producer & Lead Graphic Designer to own content creation, graphic design, social media content, and email execution. This is a full-time, in-person role working closely with our Lead of E-Commerce, Designer, and Creative Director.
Key Responsibilities
Produce photo and video content in-studio 2–3 days per week, either shooting independently or working closely with a photographer
Bring creative, out-of-the-box concepts for showcasing the collection in fresh, compelling ways
Create and plan content for Instagram and Facebook, including feed posts, Reels, and Stories
Direct and contribute creative ideas for larger photo shoots
Lead graphic design across newsletters, media grids, invitations, and campaign assets
Build and send email campaigns via Klaviyo
Collaborate on brand creative direction
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in content creation, ideally in fashion or luxury
Marketing experience, with an understanding of how to create content that resonates with ARI’s core customer: established, style-conscious men
Experience creating content for Instagram and Facebook
A strong creative eye and the ability to think beyond standard product shots
Photography experience (cameras provided — Nikon and Leica; personal equipment welcome)
Video experience a plus
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and graphic design
Experience using AI tools for photo and video editing (e.g., Photoshop Generative Fill, Lightroom AI features, Runway, CapCut)
Familiarity with Klaviyo or a comparable email platform

Full-time, on-site — schedule split between our New Jersey studio and SoHo, New York store
Salary: $55,000–$65,000, based on experience
