The Registered Apprenticeship Program intern works as an apprentice under the direction of the Registered Apprenticeship Manager and is responsible for functions needed in the Employee Services Department. The Registered Apprenticeship Program intern will play a key role in the continued growth and success of the Company. Other key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing daily Registered Apprenticeship application paperwork packets.
  • Manage RAPIDS data, including terminations, extensions, and cancellations.
  • Research and resolve service desk tickets.
  • Perform daily verification of on-the-job hours for related technical instruction completers.
  • Conduct e-mail outreach to enrolled and/or eligible apprentices based on state-specific grant requirements and required documentation (e.g., Indiana ABA eligible apprentices to obtain Wagner-Peyser Form).
  • Prepare a weekly list of outstanding Wagner-Peyser Forms for internal communications and Rede App
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of all state journeyworker and apprentice rosters utilizing Salesforce and RAPIDS reports.
  • Communicate with apprentices, mentors, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Other duties as needed and assigned.

Qualifications
Entry Level: Requires 0-1 years’ experience and HS Diploma or equivalent

Physical requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors and all business associates outside of the health campus.
