- Brokers relations and deal flow generating
- Supports due diligence processes
- Financial modeling and analysis
Real Estate Intern hire must:
- Ability to work effectively as a team player or independently remotely, in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing projects to ensure timely deliverable
- Excellent organizational and data aggregation skills
- Good analytical skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen interest in real estate
