Established in 1981, CINFAB filled the need for a high-quality, competitively priced commercial HVAC sheet metal contractor Since then we have grown our operations to include a 40,000 square foot service fabrication shop. We’ve also expanded our capabilities to meet the specific design, fabrication & installation needs of our customers.

We have fully invested in 3D Building Information Modeling, Totalstation based layout solution and on-screen 3D estimating software. We have integrated pre-fabricated assemblies into our work including multi-trade MEP corridor racks & equipment skids. We look for every opportunity to efficiently improve quality and schedule for our customers.
These responsibilities will vary from project to project but generally would include some or all the following:
- Mechanical, Plumbing, and Subcontractors work force coordination.
- Quantity surveying and cost estimating of Sheet metal work.
- Reviewing Sheet metal equipment and product submittals for content and accuracy.
- Evaluating Sheet metal installations for quality and progress on schedule.
- Management of Sheet metal System’s start-up and commissioning.
- Project controls input (scheduling, cost reporting, PM solutions)
- Possibly contact & coordinate with project subcontractors & material suppliers.
- Possibly will utilize Revit in the coordination process
- Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Experience with using an iPad
Minimum Requirements:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
Abilities:
- Possess all auditory, speaking and communicating capabilities
- Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25lbs., seeing and reading.
